A pushrod from the cylinder head/block assembly, transferring cam lift to the rockers.

71-7382 is a pushrod out of the cylinder block and head area on the engine top end. It's one of the rods that transfers lift from the camshaft up to the rocker gear, opening and closing the valves in time with the rest of the motor.
