Cylinder head to barrel stud
Cylinder head to barrel stud for the engine top end.

This is a cylinder head to barrel stud, part number 71-7366. It's one of the studs that runs up through the barrel and secures the cylinder head on top, part of the fastener set that clamps the head down onto the studs and holds the joint sealed under combustion pressure.
