Muffler
A 1974-listed Triumph muffler, factory part 71-3723, later renumbered 71-3723BS.
This is a muffler listed under Triumph part number 71-3723, showing up in the exhaust pipes and mufflers section of the parts book for the 1974 model year. The catalog record only has it appearing once, so we don't have a lot of extra detail to pull from beyond that single listing.

The factory later renumbered this part to 71-3723BS, so if you're working from a later parts list or cross-referencing a shop manual, that's the number you may see instead of 71-3723. Same physical muffler, just a different catalog number down the line.
Give us a call if you want to confirm exact fitment before ordering — the record we have doesn't spell out anything beyond the year and figure grouping, so it's worth double-checking against what's on your bike.
