This is a set of six valve adjusters, mushroom type with an Allen head, for the T150/T160 Trident triple. The set includes six of the 14-0402 nuts, which is the nut used on the later 73-on Trident valve gear. This is the longer version of the adjuster, made to suit the shorter valves used in that later configuration.

Valve adjusters like these sit in the rocker arms and are the point of contact between rocker and valve stem, so they're part of keeping your valve clearance set correctly. Because Trident triples run six of everything in the valve train, the set is sold as six pieces to cover a full engine.
