This is a plug that fits the crankshaft sludge trap tube, as listed for the A70 model. The sludge trap is the removable tube pressed into the crank that catches debris flung off by centrifugal force before oil gets to the connecting rod bearings, and this plug seals that tube once it's cleaned out and reinstalled.
