Sump stud for the Triumph T150/T160 Trident triple, used to secure the sump plate to the crankcase.
71-1349 is a sump stud used on the Trident triples, the T150 and T160. The catalog lists it as a sump stud, and other listings identify it more specifically as a stud for the sump plate on the triple-cylinder engines. It's one of the small fasteners that holds the sump or oil pan plate to the underside of the crankcase.
