A cylinder base gasket, PN 71-1036, sealing the joint between the cylinder barrel and crankcase.
This is a cylinder base gasket, listed under part number 71-1036. It seats between the base of the cylinder barrel and the crankcase mouth, sealing that joint so the engine holds compression and doesn't weep oil or draw false air at the bottom of the barrel.
