Part number 70-9506 is a complete cylinder head assembly for the T90, sold with the valve guides already fitted (that's what the old parts book shorthand "ciw" means - complete with). This is the top-end casting that caps the cylinder block, carrying the valve gear and combustion chambers for the engine.
