70-8120 is a spring for the oil pressure relief valve, part of the lubrication system on the motor. When oil pressure builds past the point the system is designed to handle, the relief valve opens against this spring's tension to bleed off the excess, and the spring pushes the valve back shut once pressure drops back down.
