Clip—rocker feed pipe
A small clip that secures the rocker feed pipe on the engine top end, keeping the oil line from moving around.
70-8111 is the clip that holds the rocker feed pipe in place on the top end of the engine. It's a small piece, but it does the job of keeping that oil feed line from rattling loose or chafing against the frame or other engine parts while the bike is running.

The part shows up across a handful of parts-book figures, including the cylinder and crankshaft section, the oil tank and exhaust system section, and the frame figure, which tells you the rocker feed pipe route runs from the oil supply up through the top of the motor and this clip secures it somewhere along that path. It also appears under the older E8111 designation if you're working from an earlier parts book.
We don't have much more detail on this one beyond that. If you're trying to match it up with a specific pipe routing on your bike, it's worth double-checking against your parts book diagram or giving us a call to confirm before you order.
