The 70-8064 sump cover shows up in the crankcase section of the parts book, and it's the panel that closes off the sump area at the bottom of the engine. It carries the older E8064 number in earlier reference material, so if you're working from a vintage parts list and see that stamped on a part in a box, it's the same physical piece.
