Oversize (+.015) valve guide for the T150 triple, also listed as 70-4153.
This is a valve guide for the T150 triple, ground .015 over standard size. It's a rebuild part, used when the original guide bore has worn enough that a standard guide won't seat properly and the head needs the next size up. The alternate number 70-4153 is the earlier form of this same guide, so if your parts book lists that number instead, you're looking at the same piece.
