Inlet camshaft
Inlet camshaft (PN 70-4819, also listed as E4819) for Triumph twins from the mid-to-late 1960s.
The 70-4819 is an inlet camshaft, also cataloged under the older E4819 designation. It shows up in the crankshaft and connecting rod section of the parts books, which is where camshaft entries land in Triumph's own figure groupings even though the cam itself works the inlet valves rather than the crank.

As an inlet cam, this part controls the timing and lift of the intake valves, riding in the crankcase and driven off the timing gear train along with its exhaust counterpart. The catalog spread on this one runs from 1964 to 1968, so it belongs to that era of Triumph twin production, but we don't have a specific model tied to it beyond that.
If you're rebuilding a bottom end from this period, check your cam profile and any timing marks against what's already in the engine before ordering, since camshaft specs can vary across similar-looking parts. Give us a call if you want help confirming this is the right one for what you've got apart on the bench.
