Inlet manifold 5TA, T100
Inlet manifold for the Triumph 5TA and T100 unit twins, carrying mixture from carb to head.
This is the inlet manifold for the 5TA and T100 unit twins, the piece that carries the fuel/air mixture from the carburetor into the cylinder head. It's listed in the catalog under the oil pump and inlet manifold figures, so it sits in that same general area of the engine bottom-end drawings, though its job has nothing to do with oil - it's strictly an intake part.

The older alias for this number is E4014, which is the form you'll see stamped or listed in earlier parts books before the numbering was cleaned up to 70-4014. Later on, Triumph revised this part again under 70-4689, so if you're working from a later manual or a later bike and the number doesn't match what's in your book, that's likely why.
Catalog records show this manifold appearing across entries from the mid-1960s. If you're not certain which manifold your particular 5TA or T100 takes, bring in the old part or give us a call before ordering, since manifolds can vary by carb fitment even within the same model family.
