Complete Triumph 6T cylinder head assembly, supplied with valve guides fitted.

This is a complete cylinder head for the Triumph 6T, supplied with the valve guides already fitted. The head bolts to the top of the cylinder block and carries the valves, guides, and combustion chambers for the twin. Because it comes complete with guides, it saves the extra step of having guides pressed in separately.
