Cylinder stud
Long cylinder base stud (E3819) used at the crankcase-to-barrel joint on unit-construction Triumph twins.
70-3819 is a cylinder stud used at the crankcase joint where the cylinder barrel seats, part of the hardware that clamps the barrel down to the crankcase mouth. It shows up in the crankcase figure in our parts books and carries the legacy E3819 number as well, so if your book lists E3819 you're looking at the same stud.

It's the longer of two stud lengths used together on this crankcase joint, working alongside its shorter counterpart to hold the cylinder barrel down evenly around the base. These studs also line up with the barrel dowels, so location matters when you're reassembling a set.
Our records show this stud appearing across a run of unit-construction Triumph twin catalogs from the mid-to-late 1960s. If you're not sure which stud length goes where on your engine, give us a call and we'll confirm before you order.
