Rod bearings like this get fitted when the crank has been reground during an engine rebuild, taking up the material removed from the journal so you get proper clearance again. Because it's sized specifically at .010 under, it only works with a crank that's actually been cut to that dimension — a standard-size or differently reground crank calls for a different bearing.
We don't have extra fitment notes on file beyond the 650/750 twin family listed in the description, so if you're not certain which undersize your crank was cut to, check your rebuild specs or give us a call before ordering.
