This is the exhaust spigot for the T20 Cub, the fitting that threads or fits into the cylinder head where the exhaust pipe connects up. It's a small piece but an important one — it's the interface between the head and the header pipe, and if it's worn, cracked, or missing, you won't get a clean seal at the exhaust joint.
