Serrated washer
A serrated washer used in the headlamp nacelle and switch assembly, listed in the 1966 catalog under 70-2880 (also E2880).
70-2880 is a serrated washer that shows up in the headlamp nacelle and switches section of the parts book, dated to 1966. It also carries the older E2880 number if you're working from an earlier catalog. Small hardware like this doesn't get much fanfare, but it does a real job - the serrations bite into the mating surface to keep a nut or terminal from working loose under vibration, which matters on anything electrical mounted in the nacelle.

Given the figure it's listed under, this washer is tied to the wiring and switch hardware behind the headlamp shell rather than anything structural. If you're rebuilding a nacelle assembly or chasing an intermittent connection, it's worth having a few of these on hand since they're easy to lose track of during a teardown.
We only see this one appearance in the catalog, so we can't speak to broader fitment beyond the 1966 listing. If you're not sure it matches what's on your bike, give us a call and we'll check it against your parts book.
