This is a cylinder head bolt for the top end, listed under the Triumph number 70-2873 with 3-3/4 in. U.H. length noted in the catalog record. It carries the older E2873 form as well, so if your parts book is from an earlier printing that's the number you'd see instead.

It shows up in the catalog under the CYLINDER BLOCK AND HEAD figures for the T110 & TR6 as well as the T120, holding the head down onto the barrel along with the rest of the bolt set in that assembly. These bolts don't all interchange length for length in a given head, so it pays to know which position on the head this one goes in before you order a full set.
Given the catalog spans 1960 to 1962 across its appearances, it's worth confirming against your own engine before ordering, especially if you're mixing years of parts on a rebuild.
