Rocker (left exhaust, right inlet)
Rocker arm for the left exhaust/right inlet position in the cylinder head valve gear, catalog number 70-1458.
70-1458 is a rocker arm that lives up in the cylinder head, part of the valve gear that opens and closes the valves as the camshaft turns. This particular one is set up so it works as the left exhaust rocker or the right inlet rocker, so keep that orientation in mind when you're pulling the head apart and sorting parts back into their spots.

The catalog shows this arm turning up across a long run of cylinder block and head figures, from 6T and T110 through TR6, T120, T140V, and TR7RV listings, so it's clearly a part that carried on with only minor changes over a lot of years and model updates. The older book reference for it is E1458, so if you're working from an early parts list and see that number, it's the same physical piece.
If you're rebuilding a top end and need to know which rocker goes where, get the head off and match up the wear pattern and geometry to your other rocker before ordering just one - these often get replaced as part of a full valve gear going-through rather than one at a time.
