Cable-revolution counter drive
Drive cable for the revolution counter (tachometer), linking the drive to the instrument head.
68-9121 is the drive cable that runs power to the revolution counter, what most folks these days just call a tachometer. It's listed under electrical equipment and instruments in the parts book, so it's the flexible cable linking the drive off the engine to the tach head itself, letting the needle track engine speed.
