TANK BRACKET,2 GAL PETROL
Steel cross bracket that mounts the front of a 2 gallon petrol tank to the frame.
This is a tank mounting bracket for the 2 gallon petrol tank, a steel cross piece that ties the front of the tank down to the frame. It sits under the tank and bolts up to bosses on the underside of the tank shell, with the frame end captured by a lug and cushioned with a rubber bush so the tank isn't sitting metal-on-metal against the frame.

Our records on this one are thin, and the description we have doesn't tie it to a specific Triumph model or figure. If you're chasing this part for a BSA A50 or A65 with the 2 gallon tank, give the shop a call so we can confirm it's the right bracket for your tank before you order.
Worth having a good one on hand if the original is bent, rusted through, or missing its rubber bush, since this bracket is doing real work holding the front of the tank steady.
Sorry if we got something wrong here. If you think this information isn't correct, .
