BSA Spring — cam plate plunger
Cam plate plunger spring for the gearchange mechanism on the inner timing cover.
PN · 68-0101
This is the small spring that sits behind the cam plate plunger in the gearbox, part of the gearchange mechanism found on the inner timing cover. The plunger rides against the cam plate and this spring keeps it under tension so the plunger holds the cam plate in each gear position as you shift.
