Part number 67-1431 is a big-end bearing shell for the connecting rod, machined 0.010 inch undersize to take up wear when the crank pin has been reground. It rides between the connecting rod cap and the crankpin down in the bottom end of the engine, one of the parts that keeps the rod turning smoothly on the crank without slop.
