Long magneto mounting nut for pre-unit Triumph and BSA magneto studs, PN 67-1259.
This is the long magneto mounting nut, PN 67-1259, used on pre-unit Triumph and BSA magneto setups. It's a taller nut than the standard fitting, designed to give you something to grip on the stud that sits underneath the magneto where a regular nut would be next to impossible to reach or tighten with normal tools.

If you've ever fought with a magneto mount trying to get a standard nut seated and torqued down in that tight space below the mag, this longer nut is the fix. It's a small part but it makes a fiddly job a lot less frustrating.
