Right-hand fuel tap (petcock), 16mm x 1 thread, outlet barb facing rear of bike.
This is the right-hand fuel tap listed as TSX R/H 16MMx1, the tap that mounts on the right side of the tank with the outlet barb facing toward the rear of the bike. It's a petcock, plain and simple - the valve that lets fuel flow down from the tank to the carburetor, and shuts it off when the bike's parked or being worked on.

The 16mm x 1 thread size is called out right in the description, so that's the mounting thread into the tank boss. Beyond that we don't have a lot more detail on this one in our records - no figure history to lean on, just the tap's own listing.
