Sheath - Throttle cable adjuster T140
Rubber/plastic sheath covering the throttle cable adjuster where it meets the Amal Concentric carb on T140 models.
This is the sheath, or outer cover, that fits over the throttle cable adjuster on T140 models. It sits down at the carburetor end of the throttle cable, where the cable enters the adjuster, and it keeps road grime and water off the adjuster threads and the exposed cable end.

It shows up in the catalog under the Amal Concentric carburetor figure as well as the control cables figure, which tells you it's a small piece that bridges the two systems - carb and cable - rather than belonging strictly to one or the other.
Our records show this part was later superseded by 316/083, so if you're chasing this down for a T140 and the counter comes back with that number instead, that's the same piece under its current factory number.
