This is the complete right-side carburetor, listed in the catalog as 60-4096 (also shown under the R.626/69 reference). It's an Amal unit, called out whole rather than as a rebuild kit, so what you're getting is the full assembly ready to bolt on rather than piece parts to build one up.

It shows up in the catalog under the carburetor and throttle linkage section, which fits with this being one half of a twin-carb setup - the right-hand instrument paired with a left-hand counterpart. Being a complete carburetter, it should already include the body, slide, needle, and jetting as fitted from the factory for this application.
