This is the fork nut spanner, a 1.5 AF wrench sized to fit the fork top nuts on Triumph forks. It's a factory tool number, also known under the older TOOL22A designation, made to get a proper bite on the nut without chewing up the flats the way an adjustable wrench or pipe wrench will.
