PN · 60-0668
This is a control cable adjuster, part number 60-0668, also known under the older D668 designation. It shows up in the parts book listings for control cables, including the T120R twistgrip cable setup, so it's the sort of small hardware that lets you take slack in and out of a control cable run at the lever or cable end.
