The L/H designation here refers to which side of the bike the carb is meant to sit on, not a thread direction. Our catalog record doesn't tie this specific listing to a particular model, so before you order, check that a 24mm carb is the right size for your application and that you're pairing it correctly with its right-hand counterpart.
The part also appears in our records under the number WW90444, which is worth knowing if you're cross-checking against an older invoice or a different supplier's listing.
