Tensioner blade
A primary chain tensioner blade for the primary transmission, part number 57-4597.
57-4597 is a tensioner blade out of the primary transmission, listed in the parts book under the PRIMARY TRANSMISSION AND OIL PUMP DRIVE figure. It rides against the primary chain inside the primary cover, taking up slack as the chain wears so the drive stays quiet and doesn't slap around under the cover.

Our catalog record for this one only spans 1974, and it shows up twice in that year's listings. There's a title floating in other catalogs tying this same part number to the T150, so it looks like it belongs on the triple rather than one of the twins, but we'd want to confirm that against your own parts book before you order.
If you're pulling the primary cover for a chain adjustment or a general going-over, it's worth checking the blade for wear at the same time - a worn tensioner blade won't do its job holding tension even if the chain itself still has life left in it.
