57-4380 is the mainshaft 1st and 2nd gear from the gearbox internals. In the parts book it's listed for the T150V five-speed gearbox setup, showing up both in the main shafts-and-gears figure and in the parts list for the optional five-speed conversion.

This is a gear that lives on the mainshaft inside the gearbox shell, part of the cluster that gets you into first and second. If you're rebuilding a five-speed box or sorting out a worn or chipped gear, this is the number to check against what's on your shaft now.
The older book reference for this one is T4380, so if you're working from an early parts list that's the number you'll see instead of 57-4380. Same physical part either way.
