Screw (2 3/8 in. UH.)
A 2 3/8 in. screw used in the gearbox outer cover and lever assembly on unit-construction Triumph gearboxes.
This is the 2 3/8 in. screw that shows up in the gearbox outer cover figure, listed in the old parts books as T1401 before the modern numbering came in as 57-1401. It's one of the fasteners holding the outer gearbox cover and lever assembly together on the unit-construction Triumph gearbox.

The catalog description just calls it a screw at 2 3/8 in. under the head, and it turns up across a run of catalog years from the mid to late 1960s. If you're replacing one, check it against what's actually in your cover before ordering, since gearbox covers used a mix of fastener lengths depending on where they sit.
Worth grabbing a couple extra if you're doing a cover off/cover on job, since these are easy to strip or buzz out with an impact driver and cheap enough to have spares of on the bench.
