SHIFT LEVER PRE UNIT
Shift lever for pre-unit Triumph gearboxes, the foot pedal used to change gears.
This is the shift lever for pre-unit Triumph gearboxes, part number 57-1194. It's the pedal you press with your boot to change gears, mounted on the gearbox output shaft on the pre-unit twins. The catalog lists it plainly as a pre-unit shift lever, and that's exactly what it is - no unit-construction gearbox fitment here.

We don't have a lot of extra detail on file for this one beyond the basic description, so if you're not sure whether your bike falls into the pre-unit family, give us a call before you order and we'll sort out fitment together.
The lever includes the correct 26 TPI thread and comes with a chrome finish, consistent with what these levers have always had. Keep in mind pre-unit and unit gearboxes use different shift lever setups, so this one is specific to the earlier design.
