CLUTCH CENTER SHELL - 4 SPRING
Clutch center shell for the 4-spring clutch assembly, part number 57-1038.
This is the clutch center shell for the four-spring clutch setup, part number 57-1038. It's the component that holds the clutch plate stack and springs together as the assembly bolts up to the gearbox mainshaft, and it's built for the 4-spring configuration rather than the later or earlier spring counts you'll see on other clutch variants.

If you're rebuilding a clutch and your old shell is worn at the plate tabs or the spring seats are chewed up, this is the part that gets replaced. Since our records on this one are thin, give the shop a call with your bike's clutch details before you order so we can confirm it's the right center shell for your particular plate and spring arrangement.
