This one's a cam, part number 459130, and it turns up in the magneto figures rather than anywhere on the carburettor side, despite one catalog listing lumping it in with the Bonneville carburetter section. Best evidence points to it being the cam ring inside the automatic advance and retard mechanism on the magneto — the ring that the bob-weights push against as the unit builds advance with revs.
