Tickler lever for the Amal Monobloc carburetor float chamber, used for hand-flooding on cold starts.

This is the tickler lever off an Amal Monobloc carburetor. It's the small hinged lever on top of the float chamber that lets you press down and flood the float bowl by hand for a cold start, before electric start and choke circuits did that job for you.
