This is a main jet for the Amal Monobloc carburetor, Mk1 and Mk2 versions. The main jet controls fuel delivery at higher throttle openings, and swapping it out is one of the standard ways to fine-tune carburetion on a bike running a Monobloc. The part number itself carries the jet size designation, 110, which is how these jets are ordered and cross-checked against a jetting chart.
