Washer, torque stay to swinging arm
Plain washer used at the torque stay to swinging arm mounting point on the rear end.
This is the washer that sits at the torque stay mount where it attaches to the swinging arm, part number 37-2330. It shows up in the parts books under the REAR WHEEL and SWINGING arm figures, so its job is straightforward: it's a spacer/bearing surface for the fastener that ties the torque stay bracket down at the swinging arm.

It's also been cataloged as M15-0431 and under the older W2330 form, so if your parts book lists one of those numbers, you're looking at the same washer. It's a small item but one worth having on hand when you're servicing the rear end, since it's easy to lose track of during a rear wheel or swinging arm job.
Our records show it appearing across catalog entries from the early-to-mid 1970s. Call the shop if you want us to confirm it matches what's on your bike before you order.
