WHEEL SPINDLE NUT 9/16-20
A 9/16-20 threaded nut for the rear wheel spindle, part number 37-2309.

In our records this one shows up under a few different numbers over the years - 97-0410, H410, and W2309 are all the same physical nut as 37-2309. If your parts book lists one of those older references, you're looking at the same item.
Catalog appearances put this in the rear wheel figure across bikes from 1968 to 1970. Worth having a fresh one on hand when you pull the rear wheel, since spindle nuts get reused a lot and can round off over time.
