SPOKE NIPPLE
A spoke nipple for tensioning and anchoring a wheel spoke to the rim.

37-0965 is a spoke nipple, the small threaded fitting that anchors the outboard end of a spoke to the wheel rim and lets you tension the wheel by turning it. It's a basic wheel-building part, cheap to keep on hand and easy to lose track of in a parts drawer.
