Needle clip
Needle clip for the Amal Type carburetor, sets the throttle needle position in the jet block.
This is the needle clip for the Amal carburetor, part number 363/093. It's a small circlip that fits into a groove on the throttle needle and sets which groove the needle sits at in the jet block, which in turn adjusts the fuel mixture through the mid-range of the throttle.

It's a simple piece but easy to lose track of when you've got the carb apart on the bench, and worth having a couple of spares in the parts drawer since it's small enough to go missing or get bent out of shape when you're repositioning the needle.
