Tickler body
The housing on an Amal carburetor float chamber that the tickler pin presses through to flood the float bowl for starting.
The tickler body is the small housing on an Amal carburetor's float chamber that the tickler pin passes through. Pressing the tickler down floods the float bowl for cold starts by pushing the float down and letting extra fuel into the chamber. This part number shows up in the carburetor sections for the T90 and T100, the TR6, and the 6T in the mid-1960s catalogs.

If your tickler pin sticks, won't return, or leaks fuel around the base, it is often the body that has worn oval or the seal seat that has degraded, not just the pin itself. Worth inspecting both together when you are chasing a fuel leak at the carb.
This is a small, specific casting and it pays to check which carb model you have on the bike before ordering, since Amal used a few similar tickler arrangements across different carburetor types.
