This is the stud that holds the inlet manifold to the cylinder head, part number 21-0582. It's a dual-thread stud, cut 5/16 UNF on one end and 5/16 UNC on the other, running 1 1/4 inch long, so one end threads into the head casting and the other end takes the nut that clamps the manifold flange down.
