Light lead — speedometer
A speedometer light lead, the wire feeding the bulb inside the speedo head, cataloged for 1971-1972 electrical equipment.
This is a light lead for the speedometer, the wire that carries current to the bulb inside the speedo head so the dial glows at night. It's a small, unglamorous part, but a snapped or corroded lead is a common reason a speedo light goes dark even when the bulb itself is fine.

The catalog places this one under electrical equipment, appearing across entries from 1971 to 1972. It's also known under the part number 54959626, so if your parts book or an old invoice shows that number, it's the same lead.
If you're chasing an intermittent or dead speedo light, this is a cheap thing to check and replace before you start pulling the instrument apart. Call the shop if you want to confirm it matches your particular speedo head before ordering.
