This is an Allen screw, 5/16 UNC by 2 inches long, used on the inlet manifold assembly. The catalog shows it turning up on both the single-carb setups (T90, T100S, T100C) and the twin-carb models (T100T, T100R) in the inlet manifold figures from the late '60s into 1970.

It's a small hardware item that holds the manifold in place on the head, and like most fasteners in this area it's worth checking against your own engine before ordering since inlet manifold hardware can vary across the range.
