14-4921 is a small chrome screw used on headlamp rims and tail lamps, showing up across a long run of Lucas-style lighting fixtures on Triumph twins from the early '60s into the mid-'70s. It's the kind of fastener that gets lost or buttered over with paint at some point in a bike's life, so it's worth keeping a few spares in the parts drawer.

This screw turns up in nacelle headlamp assemblies, standalone headlamp shells, and tail lamp housings across a wide run of electrical-equipment figures in the parts books, which tells you it did double duty holding both the headlamp rim and the tail lamp lens in place depending on the bike. The catalog also lists it under the plain numeric form 144921, same part.

If you're missing one or two out of a rim or tail lamp assembly, this is the fastener to replace rather than substituting something off-the-shelf that doesn't match the head or finish.
