Norton Washer, Insulating

This is an insulating washer that shows up in the electrical equipment section for these machines, part number 06-3025. It's a small piece of hardware whose job is to keep an electrical connection isolated from the metal it's mounted through, rather than letting current run to ground where it shouldn't.
